Tom Nightingale – Director
Tom is the Owner and Director of NFinance, a premium Mortgage Broking business he started following an extensive career in finance across Australia and New York. With specialist expertise in the Australian property market, Tom works tirelessly to deliver results for his clients.
Tom is a fully accredited mortgage broker and a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of Technology, Sydney and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
As an investor himself, Tom is passionate about property. He thoroughly enjoys assisting his clients in meeting their objectives around property ownership, whilst saving them time and money in the process. Outside of NFinance and the industry, Tom enjoys travel and is a sports fan closely following the AFL and basketball.
Burks Koca – Mortgage Specialist
Burks is a financial services industry professional, with over 10 years’ experience working with a big four Australian bank prior to joining NFinance. After spending some time in the credit assessment and settlement teams within the bank, Burks worked as a relationship manager with mortgage brokers, before joining our team. With this he brings a great understanding of how the banks work on the inside and knowledge of the end to end process allowing him to assist clients in making decisions as easily and smoothly as possible.
As a young and enthusiastic member of the team, Burks is here to assist in achieving outstanding and timely results for our clients – placing priority on providing a personalised approach and building long term relationships. He believes that no two clients are the same and the service provided is built entirely on your unique circumstances.
Outside of work, he likes to keep fit playing semi-professional football, travelling when time allows him to and spending time with family and friends.
Lachlan Williams – Credit Advisor
Lachlan is a dedicated mortgage specialist with over 4 years of experience in the financial services industry. His background includes working in credit assessment at ANZ, where he developed a strong understanding of credit policies, lending processes, and residential financing.
Lachlan is passionate about helping clients navigate their financial goals with clarity and confidence. He takes a practical, client-focused approach, ensuring solutions are tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances. By prioritising open communication and transparency, Lachlan builds trust and fosters long-term relationships that go beyond just transactions.
Outside of work, Lachlan stays active on the tennis court and loves exploring new places whenever he gets the chance.
